Tips on taking photographs

It can take thousands of attempts to capture an award winning shot so keep at it!

Submit your best photo, or a photographic essay of up to 12 images, to the International YRE Competition.

Our photography top tips:

High resolution shots
In focus
Close up
Action based shots – get creative and create room for movement
Pictures of people (permissions may be needed, particularly if photographing children)
Save with a short description covering Who, What, Where, Why, When and How

The Foundation for Environmental Education (FEE) is a non-government, non-profit organisation promoting sustainable development through environmental education.
